The Studio range is our most versatile and spacious option, combining the functionality of a full living unit with added luxury. Featuring multiple rooms, and can include a kitchen and bathroom. the Studio range offers complete, independent living with the privacy and space of a fully equipped home. It’s the perfect choice for long-term accommodation, providing a practical addition to any property.

Our Living range offers a step up in functionality and space. These units feature a larger layout, with room for a living area, bedroom, and basic amenities. The Living range is perfect for creating a self-contained suite, whether for guests, family members, or as a rental space. Designed with smart, modular construction and an elegant, modern look, Living units blend comfort with functionality.

Once you have selected your design from our range our design team work with you to discuss windows, doors, colours, electrical and any add ons to perfect your space.
We look after all the hard work for you, so we will liaise with your local council/building certifier to get an approval for your new Studio or Living Pod.
Renowned for our exceptional builds, all aspects of the installation process are continuously monitored. Progress site visits are arranged with you.
Now it’s time to do a final inspection and handover the keys to the new owner of their new Humpy Tiny Home.

Once Council/Building Approval is received, our manufacturing timeline is from 4 to 6 weeks with construction to take place soon after. Construction timelines vary depending on the design size.
A Standard Humpy Co. Pod is covered up to a BAL 12.5*. If you are located in an area that is higher than BAL12.5 your pod will require a non-combustible exterior material (cement sheeting). Plus other small items needed to comply. Our highest rating for our pods is BAL 29. Speak with our friendly Pod experts if you'd like to know more.
